Cofield and her co-author joined forces and together developed HealthTracks … A Child’s Health History. 

Thousands of kids’ books later, Cofield again began tossing and turning at night. What about Mom and her osteoporosis? Or Dad who has to be coerced and dragged to his physicals? And, of course, Great Aunt Jane in a senior living center? Who is keeping track of their physician visits, nutritional supplements, and medical treatments? Who is recording the all-important family health history?  

Alas, book two was born: HealthTracks … My Health Journal at 50 Plus.

Recognizing the ever-growing realm of technology, Cofield again spent her early morning hours awake and pacing. Could an electronic program solve the needs of those who travel, share records, hover in cyberspace, or opt for technology over paper? Yes, and so she got cranking on an e-health solution called HealtheTracks, designed to support the whole family.

Still burning the midnight oil, Cofield envisions a complete series of print journals and rounds of enhancements to the electronic program.  

Her goal: to provide consumers with easy-to-use tools that encourage them to get involved in their health … and perhaps to eventually get a good night’s sleep for herself.

HealthTracks, LLC, currently consists of the books HealthTracks… A Child’s Health History and HealthTracks… My Health Journal at 50 Plus, as well as the electronic health record keeping program called HealtheTracks.
